We are committed to advocating anti-racist practices, curriculum, resources, and communication in strategic partnership with our schools and school leadership. We will advocate for learning climates that ultimately support and empower our students, employees of color, and their families, to fully grow and thrive; promote the recruitment and retention of staff of color in our schools; and create systems that hold the district and leadership accountable for resolution and future DEI goals. In all of our work, we will first center the voices and perspectives of people of color and support their needs.
